No less than 7 services can be activated at any time for free free mobile subscriber space. All allow you to have peace when you think you need.

Avoid getting harassed on the phone by your ex, protecting yourself against overwhelmed calls, define when and how your child can use his package. All these things, and many others, are possible at Free Mobile thanks to free services that allow you to very finely configure the use of your line.To do this, you have to go to your subscriber space, in the "My Services" section from "my mobile package".We suggest you (re)) discover them in detail.

The first four services are simply activated, without real configuration. The rejection of anonymous calls makes it possible to reject the incoming calls of correspondents having masked their number. You also have the possibility of choosing a referral to calls to messaging, rather than a refusal. To contact you directly, they will simply be able to renew their call after deactivating the identity presentation restriction option.

Reference on messaging abroad is ideal when you are abroad.By activating this service, you will no longer be disturbed by your incoming calls by automatically tilting them on messaging. When activated, this service lets calls calls normally if you are in France.

Protection against call referrals prevents to receive an incoming appeal which would have been redirected beforehand. All correspondent calls will be blocked seeking to join a number for which a referral to your line has been activated.

Finally, the absent subscriber service makes it possible to reject all incoming calls on your line. The correspondents who call you will be redirected to an advertisement indicating that you are not reachable and that they can send you an SMS.

Abridged numbers

Le saviez-vous ? Free Mobile propose plusieurs services gratuits à ses abonnés pour ne plus être importuné

This function makes it possible to assign an abbreviated number to your correspondents added in the interface. To add a corresponding torque/abbreviated number, just click on "Add".The abbreviated number must be made up of 4 to 15 digits and not start with 0.

Call and SMS/MMS filtering

Free Mobile also makes it possible to manage, thanks to filters, communications (calls and SMS/MMS)) that you receive or emit from your line. This is the most successful function offered in this series of services.Filters are classified into two categories: incoming communications, and outgoing communications. When this service is disabled, all communications receptions and emissions are authorized on your line.If you decide to activate this service, you can then filter all your communications at your convenience.

You can by default decide to block everything by checking the boxes “block by default all outgoing communications” and “block by default all incoming communications”.This action will be executed only if a call (or SMS/MMS)) received or issued corresponds to any defined rule.

Tip: you can filter a number range by finishing the number filtered by the character *.Thus 0123* will filter all numbers starting with 0123 (ex: 0123456789)).

Creation of communication filters

By clicking on the "Add" button (present for the two categories, outgoing and incoming)), a window opens, allowing you to configure your new filter. You can from this window create a filter dedicated to a contact by entering its line number in the text field “Tel of the contact”.If you want to apply this filter to all your correspondents check the “All numbers” box.

Define the time slots you want this new filter to be applied. It is by default applied all day and all week, but you have the possibility of refining the hours as well as the days by setting the boxes "all day" and "all week".

Finally, define the “actions on communications”: choose a type of communication (calls or SMS/MMS)), then the action to be applied:

Authorize: Authorizes incoming or outgoing calls or SMS/MMS on your line.

Block: block incoming or outgoing calls or SMS/MMS on your line.

Redirect to messaging (incoming calls only)): calls for the correspondents that you choose to filter will be directly redirected to your voicemail.

You will receive an SMS indicating that a correspondent has sought to reach you.(If the reception of SMS has not been blocked.)).

Recevoir après la période définie (SMS/MMS entrants uniquement)) : Indiquez la plage horaire pendant laquelle vous ne souhaitez pas recevoir de SMS/MMS, et recevez vos SMS/MMS en différé à la fin de cette période.

“Save” your preferences, your new communication filter is created.

If you create several communication filters, you have the possibility of classifying them in order preferably. The filters will be applied according to their position in the list. The filter to be applied in priority will therefore have to be at the top of the list.Do not forget to "save" your list after each filter trip.

For example, if you do not wish to receive calls during your working hours from Monday to Friday:

- Add a filter for "incoming communications", the configuration window opens.

- Check the “All numbers” box, and add a filter description.

- Choose the type of communication, and the action "block".

- Uncheck the “All day” box and choose the time slot during which you want to apply the filter, for example from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m..

- Uncheck the “All week” box and choose the days during which you want to apply the filter, for example, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

- Save.Your filter is created, and will be repeated until it is deleted.

Blocking of surcharged numbers

Useful, another option is accessible for free: "blocking of surcharged numbers".This can be activated from the subscriber space, in the "My options" section. Vous pourrez alors bloquer les appels vers les numéros surtaxés commençant par 089 ou de format 3BPQ (hors 30PQ, 31PQ et 3244)) ainsi que les SMS+.
