The TCL 65C825 has a 65-inch (about 165 cm) 100 Hz VA panel displaying an Ultra HD definition of 3840 x 2160 pixels. The originality of this model is the use of a Mini-Led backlighting system made up of thousands of mini-LEDs spread over 160 zones, a backlighting system found on high-end Samsung Neo Qled televisions and LG QNED with many more zones. The manufacturer does not stop there since it also embeds several microphones directly in the chassis to interact with the Google Assistant without a remote control as well as a webcam for video calls from the television. The TCL 65C825 is compatible with HDR10, HLG, HDR10+ and even Dolby Vision, which is interesting in this price range. The audio system consists of two 10 W front speakers and a 15 W woofer at the rear, all Dolby Atmos compatible and signed Onkyo. As always, TCL relies on Android TV, here in version 11, associated with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage memory.

The TCL 65C825 was launched around 2000 €, but it is already available around 1600 €, a much more competitive price with those of the LG 65CX (Oled) and the Samsung QE65QN85A (LCD VA Mini-Led).
