As France prepares to deploy its 5G network, Huawei is the subject of many questions in France and around the world. In an interview with the newspaper Les Échos published on Sunday, Guillaume Poupard, the director general of the National Information Systems Security Agency (ANSSI), responsible since a 2019 law for authorizing or not the use of equipment designed for 5G, claimed to have taken the necessary decisions to curb the rise of the Chinese giant.
